Description

When used as directed, ViroGuard No Rinse Evaporator Coil Cleaner and Disinfectant is formulated to disinfect inanimate hard surfaces (such as walls, sink tops, tables, chairs, telephones, bathrooms, shower stalls, bathtubs, hampers, cabinets and bed springs, HVAC catchpans (drain pans) and air conditioning evaporator coils. In addition, this product deodorizes those areas which generally are hard to keep fresh smelling (such as garbage storage areas, empty garbage bins and cans, restrooms, shower stalls and other areas which are prone to odors caused by microorganisms). This product is also suitable for use for: PTACS, window units, mini-splits, refrigeration equipment, freezer evaporative coils, and ductless systems. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID 19) is caused by SARS CoV 2. ViroGuard No Rinse Evaporator Coil Cleaner and Disinfectant, EPA Reg. No. 44446 23-65516, kills similar viruses and therefore can be used against SARS CoV 2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Canine Parvovirus on hard, non porous surfaces. When used as directed, this product demonstrates effective disinfection against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) (ATCC 33592), Salmonella enterica (ATCC 10708), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442), Canine Parvovirus (ATCC 2017), Herpes simplex type 1 (VR-733), Herpes simplex type 2 (VR- 734), Legionella pneumophila (ATCC 33153) and Influenza A H1N1 (ATCC VR-1469, Strain A/ PR/8/34) thus meeting requirement for hospital use. Efficacy tests have demonstrated that the product is an effective one-step cleaner disinfectant in the presence of organic soil (5% blood serum). This product has demonstrated effectiveness against Influenza A virus and is expected to inactivate all influenza A viruses including Pandemic 2009 H1N1.
